CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy- We understand that life is often unpredictable. We accept cancellation, but we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment. We reserve the right to charge $30% for any appointments that are missed without notice in 24 hours Thank you for your understanding! Late Arrival Policy To ensure timely service to each of our guests, we may need to abbreviate or reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, it will be considered a " no - show", and a $50 booking fee will be charged to your card or at your next visit. No Shows - ALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS MUST PAY 50% OF YOUR MISSED APPOINTMENT BEFORE ANY APPOINTMENTS MAY BE RESERVED OR HONORED INVOICES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO REBOOK. No refunds Please DO NOT bring extra person with you, kids or pets.
